On October 18th-19th, Chengbang Design Group was invited to attend the 4th World Leisure Expo and the opening ceremony of the 21st Hangzhou West Lake International Expo in China. Ms. Yang Fengying, Executive Dean of the Tourism Planning Institute of Chengbang made a keynote speech at the Leisure and Rural Revitalization sub-forum in “2019 World Leisure Development Summit Forum”---The Trend of Rural Leisure in China---What Is Our Expectation For Rural Leisure ?

In her speech, Dean Yang innovatively proposed a new equivalence between urban-rural interaction for the leisure industry. An enlightened prospect for the future of rural leisure is the possibility of villages having wealth, leisure, emotional connections, good environment and dreams. She also took several typical examples of ecological projects to demonstrate Chengbang’s concept for rural leisure solutions. From the perspective of Chinese medicine, chengbang’s proposal does not only apply to diagnosis but also develop precise solutions, as in treatment through acupuncture points. She emphasized that Chengbang's practice of rural leisure is based on the inheritance and continuation of traditional values of rural culture. It is about creating the dream of a rural lifestyle of leisure instead of just building the environment for leisure in these rural settings.

The debut at this forum is another demonstration of Chengbang Design Group's forward thinking and practice in the field of rural revitalization and leisure.
