Chengbang Design Group's 2019 semi-annual work meeting ended successfully

To summarize and plan is to clarify the vision for a better future. On July 30th, Chengbang Design Group’s 2019 Bi-Annual Work Review Meeting was held in the conference room on the 4th Floor of our Chengxi (West) branch office. Fang Liqiang, Chairman and President of Chengbang Design Group Co., Ltd. And Chen Ying, Executive Dean of Chengbang Group attended the meeting witharound 40 people in attendance. They are the backboneof Chengbang group, leaders of the departments of Comprehensive Management Centre, Financial Management Centre, Operation and Management Centre, Chief Architects Office, Planning, Architecture, Landscape and EPC Centre, and others.

The meeting started with statements read by the leader of each department, focusing on “Management, Talents Training, Important project” . These are summaries of achievements, shortcomings and problems encountered in the first half of the year.The statements representthe formulation of improvement plans for addressing these problems whilst proposing new work methods, measures, goalsand plans for the second half of 2019.

Taking opportunity of the meeting, the prize-giving ceremony of Chengbang Design Group Mascot Design Contest opened in a light and  pleasant atmosphere. President Fang Liqiang, Executive Dean Chen Ying and Vice President Wang Yunzhu gave out the prizes to Wu Yanfei, the winner of the Best Creative Award, and Liu Jiao, Ouyang Yumeng the winner of the Incentive Award. Wu Yanfeiexpressed her gratitude to the group for the support and encouragement in her acceptance speech. She explained the design concept is inspired by “seeds”.  The implied meaning is Chengbang’s service seeds  are planting everywhere and continuously growing into trees and forests in an endless succession.
Subsequently, Chen Yin the Executive Dean of the Design Group, put forward new requirements for the specific work of the Group according to the organizational structure of the Group’s “Four Major Management Centres, Six BusinessSegments and One Research Centre”. She pointed out that the Comprehensive Management Centre should keep the consistency of the system among the Design Group, Planning Institute and Architecture Department, at the same time heighten standards inrecruitment and training and promote and implement measure and calculate work. The Product Propaganda team will need to strengthen the project image and packaging, the Financial Management Centre should refine the overall project management system and establish an efficient fund pooling method, the Operation and Management Centre need to develop each individual’s expertise and make sure the target quotais practical and executable, the Chief Architects Office’s should pay more attention to design and research corroboration andpromote the design group to achieve the application goal of “High-tech Enterprise” other than control the technical quality.  Furthermore, the leaders of the six business sectors should look at the complexity of the projects and develop multi-disciplinarycollaboration using Chengbang as a platform to achieve integration between different majors and adapt to the orientation of new developing marketsand their requirements. The Ecological Centre and Mountain, Water, Farmland, Lake and Grass System Research Centre will continue to deepen the business of ecology and introduce a variety of talents in the future to expand the areaand scope of our services.


Towards the end of the meeting, President Fang Liqiang made a concluding speech. He pointed out that a person can go fast, but a team can go far. Last year, we joined hands with Hangzhou Shangda Tourism Planning and Design InstituteCo.,Ltd. and Zhejiang Province Huaye Architecture Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. We have officially renamed as Chengbang Design Group Co., Ltd. and enhanced our design expertise and team strength. This brings greater challenges and more responsibilities. He stressed that Chengbang Group must go fast and far. Therefore, it must maintain the spirit of “Monolithic But Solidarity In One”. That requires better coordination between management, technology and management. High quality products comefrom effective management of technology and operations. At the same time, we must carry forward the spirit of “Contribution” and form a virtuous circle for employees to contribute to the company and contribute to the industry, so that the company and individuals can realize their value through Chengbang’sdesign platform. Secondly, we must actively seek confidence, differences and shortcomings so that we can avoid weaknesses and go further. He pointed out that the development of Chengbang Design Group should be considered in a long term perspective. Since its inception in 2003, it has now reached decisive stage. Thefollow-up work must solve problems, refine management systems, strengthen talent training, and promote multi-disciplinary professional integration so that we will create a better future for the Chengbang Group.

The meeting ended with the attendees being fully inspired by the company mission, the future prospect and the given opinion of value. LOOKING FORWARD TO A STRONG FUTURE THROUGH THE ACCUMULATION OF EXPERIENCES. We believe that sincerity secures Chengbang’s position, unique design and expert services bring stable and consistent development in the  industry.
