The collections manager coordinated the workflow and is directly responsible for the performance of the assigned functional area. The collections manager will serve as the back up to the general manager in his/ her absence. The collections manager is responsible for the timely completion of employee performance reviews for his/ her department, as well as the daily people management for his/ her designated department
